    (2019) Absolute scam of a company. No professional conduct or thought for customer service. I paid in full for a decent amount of product but it has been over 5 months since they said they would ship it to me and nothing. They keep saying its because of lockdown but they are continuing to take orders for WHAT. To not send it and just keep the cash. Shameful behaviour. Disgusting. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. 2023 Update: Now in the middle of a court claim and am waiting for a response. For others information in case you are also going to complete a court claim: PRASANT THAPA IS THE OWNER TO PUT FORWARD FOR COLLECTION OF DEBT.

    Wish I could give 0 star. Had ordered a gurkha watch for my granddad on Aug 2022 for fathers day its April 2023 and I still have not received anything. I have emailed and messaged many times for a refund and they keep tell me its on the way. I have told them many times already that I want my refund but they keep ignoring my request. Please do not use this service. They are FRAUD!

    I ordered beruwa bangle last year oct 2021. Still not arrived . They keep making excuses and prolonging my order. I contacted them numerous times but no response. I am so angry, annoyed, have got really bad anxiety and depression.very bad customer service, unprofessional, full of lies and extremely disappointed.

    Supposed to give them 0 star ⭐️. One of the most unprofessional, useless Nepalese gold shop in Uk. First they take your money, tell you to wait for a couple of week after your order is done then vanish, no any response. I called them probably 100 times after my order wasn’t been ready on time. Finally after 2 months, I got my refund back. Told me it’s ready and it’s on the way from Nepal. Seriously man, if I knew this guys order, make the item and bring it from Nepal , I would have order from Nepal by myself. So guys stay away from Gurkha bullion. One of the disgraceful shop, Better you guys should change the names as well. Remove the Gurkha name from the shop. Don’t give bad reputation by putting the Gurkha name on it. Shameless people.

    BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! Gurkha Jewellers, Aldershot, UK is the other name for a fraud business. Long story short, it all began in 30th July 2019 when they took £2260 upfront for a bangle that I ordered. Then, they neither delivered my order nor refunded the money. Upon chasing them through texts and calls, they kept giving silly excuses. Now, they dont bother to respond my calls/ texts at all. PLEASE, Do check the attached screenshots for the evidence of this shop's lame excuses made to my request for refund. PLEASE, do also check for the last date they replied and after that, they disappeared somewhere into thin air. SUCH A SHAME, tarnishing the word of pride " THE GURKHA".

    Finally, I got the order that i had done before. It was late but, they has given me compensation for being late to deliver my order. It always feels better when you got the appreciation what you did. So, they had make me happy in the end of delivery time. I will be looking forward to order the product from the shop. I hope next time it will be in time and do the communication as much they can. Hope next time i will got my order in time so, that i can give you a full star. I will be waiting for that.
