I want to share my experience with everyone about this gudwara. I have been a regular visitor of gudwaras in general and do regular donations of things like rice, flour, ghee, almonds etc. But I didn't usually go to the Langar Hall because I felt that the food could go to someone who needs it more. Recently, I was diagnosed with cancer and I am soon to be getting a double masectomy. I am currently bedridden and my 18 year old is having to do all the work around the house. She has exams coming up and so I told her to pay a visit to the Langar at this gudwara and ask them if you can take some food back for me as I can't go there myself. My daughter was very hesitant but still went after I told her they wouldn't be mean to her and would give her the food. Unfortunately this was not the case. My daughter was given dirty looks by the people at the Langar Hall and she wasn't given food. She came back home empty handed and told me that she didn't want to go back because of how uncomfortable she was made to feel. Regardless I called and explained my situation. Despite this, they refused to help and as someone who has been such a regular donor here, it hurts me to see my place of worship refuse to help me out.

Beautiful place, the boxing class is amazing very thankful to the leaders, demonstrates a lot of good values towards our children and teaches them important lessons physically and spiritually. Not only whilst kids are practising self defence, parents are able to do Seva (selfless service) 🙏
