They take so long to answer an e-mail or a call that I've lost my chance of applying for my citizenship on time. But as it is my third (bad) experience with a law firm in UK. I kept them cause I didn't want to lose even more time. Well, lockdown starts, lockdown eases...and it's been 15 days that I'm trying to get in contact to know about the new rules/laws and documents that I'll need to redo...Oh...and they were already paid. Btw, you go yourself after your documents, translation and to apostile them...at this point I don't even know what I'm paying them for. EDIT: 9 months later... the communication got even worst and so the service, if I can call this a service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND They answer saying to send an e-mail to sort thing out. Well, when my lawyer is one of the partners of the firm...I'm not sure if you will actually help here. EDIT 17/07/22 The service is still embarrassing and trapped with them. They failed for the SECOND time to make my citizenship application. Just a miracle to make me rid of this nightmare.

I recently used Angela Brumpton on a matter which caused me a great deal of stress. Angela was great at reviewing the matter and communication was always quick and easy. As well as reassuring me and giving the matter her urgent attention. I hope I don’t need to but should the need arise, I would definitely use her services again and highly recommend her to anyone seeking expertise in employment law. A general solicitor is not the same.
