I had 2 tickets to Scotland-Romania Rugby World Cup booked with Gullivers for later in the year . I found out in November that I have a terminal diagnosis and was initially told I had about 6 months left . So I decided I'd better start sorting things out and I called Gullivers to cancel the trip . I had paid just over half the holiday and was told that I would only be entitled to approximately a £25 refund . They did suggest passing the holiday on to a friend or family and getting them to go and pay the rest off . I refused the £25 refund because it felt like an insult. Gullivers don't seem like a customer oriented company, more a money oriented one . They did wish me all the best with my treatment and hoped it went well. It's terminal, it doesn't get better. But thanks
