Extremely rude business owner who failed to provide end to end service. Cargo delivered in new location but pick up address not shared by GFS, we went out with a big van and struggled to find the right location. GFS manager/owner kept providing inaccurate information and hung up on us saying we are ruining his dinner. We left our 1 year and 3 year old at home and wasted 4 hours looking for Cargo and this person was bothered about his dinner. Needless to say we didn't find cargo on the day and spent full day next day looking for it. Also, he lied about service being all inclusive with no additional charges. Rude, dishonest person and unprofessional behaviour.

Very rude customer service, The representative canceled the shipping because i asked if he can give me a discounted rate. With very bad attitude. The management can double check and validate i have all recorded in sms. I almost begged him to reconsider but he totally shut me down. Very not professional services and not trust worthy. Highly not recommended.
