Worst airline experience so far. Mishandled bags, don’t even have courtesy to exchange on London Heathrow airport or address this issue over email. Raised a complaint 8-10 months back and haven’t heard back yet. Never flying back with Gulf Air

Flight from LHR to BAH 7th of February 2023 at 09:30 I requested cabin crew, simply a glass of soft drink and his reply was very unacceptable and unexpected. Just only for a glass of sprite or seven up. Never ever will use this airline again.

World's most inferior airline which should be banned even from making local journeys. Tiny seats, lesser food like a sample, mishandling of suitcases and uneducated racist custom staff at Bahrain airport. Nobody replies if you had made complain to them.

Disgusting! That’s all I can say - paid extra for seats and they did random selection! Extremely rude and sick passengers on board with no mask or even have the sense to cover their mouth when coughing blood - yes BLOOD! Yes people get sick of course, but at least have the common sense to cover your mouth and wear a mask whilst sick as there are other vulnerable passengers and children on board! The food is disgusting, drinks are given after food is served, the food was the worst I’ve had! The landing was atrocious and the turbulence was extreme! The cabin crew were not helpful at all and had an attitude or spoke in a patronising manner! NEVER AGAIN!

Only 4 counters open for the Economy class, no wonder the queue is so long, however there are 2 counters for business class where there is hardly anyone waiting. First impressions of Gulf Air service not great. Hope the flight service is better

Very bad experience flying with airlines. I was travelling via Bahrain and had 8hrs layover so decided to take an evisa and visit Bahrain to cut the time. I did enjoy my visit outside. I rushed to airport 2hrz before my next flight n got to know it was delayed by 2 hours. When after the delay we were waiting for boarding they told flight had technical difficulties and could not be loaded. Upon asking they said we might get next one next day. Some passengers had connecting flights furter from final destination so they argued and matter was escalated. They gave food vouchers to all passengers. They found a spare plane to fly us. It was another 2hrs wait in plane to eventually take off. My return flight did not have any issues n was on time, but my one way journey was tiring n long n frustrating.
