We were met by Nicky who went out of his way to make us feel very comfortable and he patiently showed us several vehicles before we finally selected the one that met our criteria. There was no obvious pressure applied by him at all, during the purchase process and he went out of his way to explain everything in great detail so that when we left there was no uncertainty or doubt about any concerns that we may have had.
