My 7year old son has been having weekly guitar lessons, first in person, now online via Zoom with Harrison for nearly a year. Harrison is a brilliant teacher for kids’ guitar: his combination of patience, fun and encouragement to practice are perfect to make a small child look forward to his lessons. Highly recommend Harrison as a guitar teacher, and also he is very flexible and a lovely man to work with.

Playing Guitar been a dream ever since Rock n Roll invaded my life. When i decided to make a dream a reality i signed up in YGA and the experience been beyond my expectations. Harrison Blackmore was the assigned tutor. he was extremely patient with my amazingly slow progress :) he was supportive and knowledgeable in the field and the best thing is that he tries to pass the knowledge by coming down to my level so i can easily understand and improve. Started taking lessons with Harrison since the beginning of this year, and I totally recomand him as teacher to anybody who wants to bring his/her guitar "game" to an higher level! He 's a skilled teacher and a brilliant musician. He keeps lessons fun, challenging and makes sure that, at the end of each one, I leave with a brand new peace of knowledge and skill. All material is clear and consistent with the addition of the website to really give you everything you need. Harrison is a superbly talented guitar tutor who is always encouraging and patient. He expects you to put the time in and practice but makes you feel relaxed at his home studio. He is always at the end of the phone if you have any issues you wish to discuss outside of the lesson ....which he doesn't charge extra for! 😆
