Fantastic - staff beyond helpful in adjusting existing bra and great advice. Two new ones purchased which are the best fit I have ever had and now 70! Well worth a 4 hour drive and won’t be purchasing anywhere else in future. Not high street but make me feel very special, on my own, and the best I can be!

I highly recommend this lovely lingerie shop to buy beautiful and long-lasting underwear. I have bought bras before from Guilt Lingerie and they have lasted much longer than ones I bought from other shops. I have since gone back to the shop to buy two new ones. I received wonderful service and fitting from staff. They didn’t have my correct size in the shop, so the kind assistant ordered the bras and posted them to me as I am not local to Petworth.

I thought I would treat my wife to a present. Spoke to an abrupt staff member about what I wanted. About an hour later my wife went back to change it as iy was a bit tight. My wife phoned me back in tears at the treatment she received as she tried to find something that fitted. I spoke to them as well - never had treatment like this before anywhere so rude and condescending. The item was eventually exchanged but not a nice experience. What was meant to be a treat turned into a very unpleasant experience. No husband wants to hear their wife treated like that and left in tears.

I visited this shop in October and after a few days of mulling I ordered two bras via their online shop. One was out of stock so I was contacted and given the option to wait for new stock or receive a refund. I opted to wait and received the first within days and the second only a couple of weeks later. The staff were really communicative, friendly and helpful throughout. This even gave me the confidence to engage in the risky business of purchasing a lingerie set for my sister for Christmas. Thankfully we are both very pleased with our new lingerie and will be buying from Guilt again.

Lovely quaint shop and beautiful lingerie. Earlier this year I bought two bras, really happy with them so went back to purchase another one. The owner looked at the tag on the bra I was wearing, then made the order. Didn’t occur to me that it would be the wrong size when I picked it up so didn’t check. When I realised, it was over the 28 days but I took it back because it wasn’t my mistake. Owner very rude, talked over me and didn’t admit it was her mistake. Despite the fact that I loved the bras, I will not be going back to Guilt.

So this shop is very sweet and has some lovely stock. My first experience was very positive and the lovely young girl Daisy was extremely helpful and kind. I then had two very bad experiences from the owner Georgina. Wow- condescending, talked over me and actually downright rude on two occasions. Not the customer service I’d expect for the price tag.
