Very very poor service. Waste receptionist. Never get an appointment. If we call to GP for appointment after waiting 20 minutes reply will be doctor will call you back. if the doctor calls back it will be only one ring . Better close the GP practices and give the buildings to someone not have home .

One of they worst medical practices you will ever experience. It took over two week to fill out a simple medical under writing form, with multiple emails being ignored or replied to over a week late. Call back are never received. And the doctor act like absolute children when they actually decide to call you about the issue, honestly I am speechless. If your wondering why this practice is almost a 1 star rating I’m sure my review and multiple others like it will tell you why. This practice is an embarrassment to the entire profession and no one should ever have to deal with clowns like this for genuine medical conditions.

Receptionist are very rude my brother had an appointment went there they were say8ng no appointment was made for him one of the Receptionist was very rude to me shouting rasing her voice to me calling me a lier all different things to me so I will be coming back to there to make a complaint about her didn't resolve anything all she kept saying was what do you want me to do about it I couldn't belive it what she was !!!saying I think they should be trained more and how to speak to people bloody disgusting she was thinking k she was the boss of the surgery I don't think so should show more respect so I will be back to speqk to the manger and I hope he follow this complaint up if not will take it higher then him not happy at all !!!

I’ve been calling since 8:30am, they keep saying they are busy and the queue is “full” it’s been almost three hours that I am waiting and dying in pain as I need to make an appointment 🤬🤬🤬

Following some issues I had an initial appointment, was referred for further tests and checks, had follow up appointments, phone calls when promised. Had no trouble with bookings and reception staff were always good. Maybe I have been lucky but the service has been excellent.

If there was a minus option I would rate this surgery-5! Never known such a sad excuse of a surgery. I rang for my daughter and could only speak to a receptionist who kept putting me on hold to speak to the doctor. Why couldn't I speak to them myself!? The doctor couldn't be bothered to see my daughter as we were advised to go to the william Harvey hospital, only to be waiting for 5 hours to see a gp! They could have easily seen my daughter but chose not to. How they have the nerve to call themselves a doctors surgery is beyond me and I think they are a disgrace and embarrassment to the profession.
