Took my wife here for her birthday, had a really nice relaxing time, the massage was just what we needed. We chilled by the pool went in the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Then relaxed in the meditation garden. It was something different as we were in a tent with loungers heating, relaxing music and drinking homemade smoothies which tasted really good. I will definitely be going back. And will be recommending it to all my family and friends.

Quiet and really spacious outdoors. Clean interior as well. Great and accessible well equipped gym and Pool. My only gripe is the towel, first time encountering a non white towel in an hotel. That wouldn't even be that bad...but it's very light (thin), let's just call this "bad towel experience" But won't allow that to spoil a wonderful ambience, great space and clean rooms. But it still enough to drop a point.

I must start with the masseuse is very good and she fitted me, which I really appreciated because I was late due to bad traffic and getting stuck on a confusing rerouted system. Be warned if you're not familiar with the area. But despite the kind staff (except the guy at the cafe who was oddly aggressive), the whole spa experience was awful. It's a Ryanir of Spa's. To start, no one answers the phone if you call. All appointments are done through a strange app system that doesn't seem to connect with their reception. The opening hours are very unclear and seemed to close at 5pm, despite saying 9pm on the website. It's all a bit dilapidated and old. Someone's milk carton was left on the floor in the corner of the changing rooms for ages for the duration of the day. They don't tell you in advance but you need to bring your own flip-flops otherwise they have them for sale for £15!!. Or you have to walk around in your own shoes, which is odd being by a pool. You need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Shower gel is in a dispenser in the shower cubicle. There's no tea or coffee offered. I think you had to buy it. No sockets for other items in the changing rooms. No where to put stuff down in front of a mirror. There are hair dryers. You need to bring your own plastic water bottle or you will need to buy one for £1 as there is no water fountain in the pool area or outside the sauna which is dangerous. We were all gasping. Albeit, great sauna. Hot. They only had tiny glasses for water which you're not allowed to bring into the pool area. You have to buy it from a cafe, but god forbid you ask for an extra strong tea. As the extra generic tea bag will cost you an extra £3.50. The jacuzzi has been broken since lockdown (2 yrs ago) and because of this they said they had taken it off the website but the imagery of it and the 'pictured spa' is still there. They have a meditation garden, and while the intent is nice, with a gorgeous hut at the back, you have to walk through what seems like the fire escape door, at the end of a long corridor miles away from anything, and past broken garden furniture to get to the 'meditation garden'. Right behind the hut is the do-it-all shed with bits hanging out. I went back and forth several times in the corridor on the way to the garden because I thought I was lost. You come out underneath the fire escape stairs and there's no path. The path starts somewhere else. It's very odd and miles away from facilities. Save your money and go somewhere else that is so much better for the price.

Had issues with this company from last Aug and now has just been resolved. Paid for a £270 spa get away and because of their mistake in the beginning it took my months of emails and calls to make them rectify the mistake they caused. To be offered a decent outcome, i asked if a date was available and without my confirmation they booked me in, but somehow that was my fault!!? And still can not show me the proof of me confirming the date. So after 9 months i get offered £100 because they couldn't take responsibility!! And by giving me the £100 it was for 'good gesture' lol please! Wasnt even half of ny money back. Avoid at all costs seeing as the staff can not take blame for thier own mistakes and us as customers lose out on the money. Absolute shambles!!

My daughter and I had a good day at the spa. It was unusual but good. We were welcomed and then Alicia really looked after us, taking us to the restaurant and showing us where to go, a personal service. Katie and Becca gave us some lovely treatments in the shared 'twos' room which we enjoyed. Lunch was good, but we had to go back later for dessert because service was a little slow. Very attentive though. The hotel was under renovation which made things a little awkward, but overall we had an enjoyable day on my daughter's birthday. Sheila x

I have used the spa here once - the massage was lovely & the lady who did it was nice. Since then I have rebooked 3 times, for times that show as ‘available’ on their booking system. The first - they told me another day to come and that didn’t work for me time wise - they still have over £200 of my money and I have even visited them to try and get a refund and was told to contact another organisation. After this experience I really shouldn’t have booked again, but thought I’d try one more. Again booked a slot that was available, messaged me the day of my appointment to say they’d cancelled and refunded (yet to check the refund) & that I could book a later time by emailing - no one answers the phone. Emailed & no reply. I wouldn’t willingly book here again now & others should simply avoid. They regularly show times that are ‘available’ to book, which are not. Cancel your appointment on the day and still have over £200 of my money. There are nicer spa and beauty facilities so you elsewhere.

I'll start with the positive - the massage was the best I've ever had, therapists were friendly and really good at what they do! Unfortunately everything else about this spa break was disappointing! There was only one robe on the shelf and the lady who greeted us just found another one, rolled it up and tied a random cord she found around it and handed it to me?! - we were not advised to bring our own slipper or flip-flops but were not given any and they didn't have any for us to purchase so spent the day wandering around bare foot. The spa is attached to the Holiday Inn, however there is very little commincation between the two. We were offered a time slot for dinner and told to confirm the booking when we arrived at the hotel, but when we arrived we were told there was no space in the restaurant for dinner - we had to eat in our room. We were given 3 hours use of the "spa" facilities and allocated a time 3-6pm we then had to wait until 8pm for our treatment - it all felt very disjointed and not ideal for a relaxing spa break! We called room service and asked how we should dispose of our dirty dinner dishes and they advised us to leave them outside our room to be collected - I can only assume they are still there as they were still on the floor at 11am the next day when we left!! The facilities - the pool, jacuzzi(which was not in use) and steam room and sauna are shared with all of the hotel guests, it is loud and not the relaxing spa environment it appears to be in the pictures! The whole pool area needs a good clean!!! Grubby mouldy marks on the loungers and in the steam room weren't pleasant! Breakfast in the hotel was a shambles!! I would not consider the the restaurant to have been busy (1/3 full at most) yet all of the staff seemed completely unable to deal with the service! Although it was mostly self serve you had to find (they were few and far between) a member of staff that was willing to listen to you and help to get cutlery and cold drinks. We were seated at a table after the waiter struggled to find a table to seat us at - there were only 2 of us and plenty of free tables but none had been cleared and the concept of clearing and cleaning tables seemed a little too much for them - I offered to clear a table off myself but they tried to seat us a table with another group - once we'd finally found a table of our own we returned from the breakfast bar (we had been quite some time as the food was coming out very slowly and sporadically) and another family had been seated at our table. I had to clear and set up another table for ourselves - I helped myself to the cutlery that was hidden in a drawer - maybe if customers could retrieve their own cutlery it would save the waiting staff having to run around fetching them and they could focus on clearing tables and getting the food out?! The food itself was actually quite good. The Room - nice comfy bed and the room was clean the bathroom was a little grubby with black mould around the bath but over all it was fine. I would recommend the massage but unfortunately the negatives far outway the positives so I would not stay here again!
