Since I started training with the academy some 12 years ago, I have found the level of instruction second to none. The classes are friendly and has a general good feel as everyone here is only too pleased to help others. The classes vary from the usual syllabus training, to practising Ju Jitsu on the mats and various combination improving exercises. Various high grade instructors from the academy visit frequently to make sure the the very high standard of the academy is being upheld. As well as karate being and excellent way of keeping fit, improving hand to eye coordination and a self defence, it also offers an opportunity to compete in competitions to world class level. Karate is now an Olympic sport which will be included in the next 2020 Olympic games. So if your young and want to compete in a highly dynamic sport you would be very welcome. I have been to a few karate clubs that say they can offer a lot, but this club really delivers with top class certified instructors.
