A 5 Star Experience indeed - A Mercedes driver for most of my life, I decided to give Audi a go following the very strong reviews of the A4 car. I was looked after by Dan and Phil throughout the process. I bombarded them with questions, asked them for improvements/fixes on my chosen vehicle, and they were incredibly helpful and attentive every step of the way. When I bought my last car from Mercedes, I knew little to nothing about cars. I believed in the 'approved' bit of Mercedes approved, and boy was I stupid to do so. I must've spent over 700 pounds on fixing my previous car after I got it (approved)... This time around I checked the vehicle inside out. Everything was as advertised. Everything was fixed/sorted out. That, along with the extra gifts I received after the sale, the very friendly priced service plan if one goes with Audi finance, the existing warranty, and the way this car drives...An absolute thing of beauty. I could never go back to Mercedes. If you are thinking of giving Audi Guildford a go, don't hesitate. Dan and Phil were amazing, and I'd highly recommend the dealership to anyone. (I've read some negative reviews about the service part of the dealership - can't offer an opinion, since I've not used them. This is a review on the sales department, and the attention they give to all customers. Truly a 5/5 service)

What a pleasure visiting this centre. I spent half my day visiting the various manufacturers in the area and my experience at Audi was leagues above the rest. From the moment I walked in unannounced and was greeted by 2 big smiling friendly faces, through to meeting Vas who was genuine, honest friendly and very helpful with my many questions, and finally arranging a hassle free test drive. It was a rare car sales experience when i walked away happier than when I walked in. Looking forward to returning

Poor experience of approved used 2020 audi A4 S line bought in April. 23k on odo. Car wasnot inspected and prepared for delivery. Car delivery was late. Paint protection was missing. Audi didnt tell me and I have to call them to confirm. Paintwork was damaged when delivered. Front and rear tyres are of different brand and tread pattern. Odometer noise. Car is shaking bad on application of break and I think this is not safe. Key fob is working intermittently. I have to wait for minutes to open car door or trunk. ( the answer of the sale person was that its normal to wait). It looks like I bought car from salvage yard. I waited patiently for 3 weeks before posting this review Very disappointed. Not recommended.
