We had a fantastic experience with this company from the initial contact to the end of the journey. The booking was so efficiently done and then we were contacted several times by our driver which was very reassuring. When we arrived at the ferry port he was there to meet us and was so helpful and lovely. The Mercedes Vito was clean and luxurious with sweets and water as refreshments. Kosta was such a lovely person- very keen to make sure we had a lovely comfortable journey and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend this company enough- they are marvellous!

The service from start to finish was amazing, the driver sent a message in the morning confirming for piece of mind and when I advised were ready early he organised to come early for us. The car was clean and lovely. The driver was so lovely who helped load the bags and unload the bags at our destination. Would highly recommend Guide Star.

Highly recommend. From pick up to drop of the journey was faultless. Beautiful vehicle, kosta our driver very smartly dressed, complimentary bottles of water and some sweets. Kosta himself was very helpful, kind and attentive. His driving was faultless. All in all it was a lovely journey, will definitely be using again.

on behalf of my family I recently organised a birthday treat for my wonderful Aunt. Guide Star picked her, her granddaughter and friend up at her home, drove her to the Mayflower theatre to see a show then home again afterwards. Although my Aunt is passionate about the theatre and loved the show, without a doubt her chauffeur driven ride was the highlight! She was so pleased and delighted with her Chauffer Alex and his wonderful driving and the luxurious car, we will definitely be organising another treat in this way. It was all so easy, Guide Star were very helpful and kept in contact, I organised it all on line from Australia. Thank you Guide Star and Alex!

We had fantastic service from Guide Star. The taxi was for my very elderly mother who was to arrive at Gatwick and needed to go all the way to Portsmouth. The regular updates and information ahead of the date were reassuring and helpful. On the day itself, everything was as promised. The driver was wonderful and so kind and helpful to my mother.
