Rather like many other reviews here, I have, today, been astounded by the outstanding Customer Service which seems to be the company’s expectation - unlike so many other businesses, where enquiries of the simplest nature take an age to be dealt with. From disaster on the water, to the security of knowing parts are on their way - with a very realistic expectation of dispatch and delivery - the professional and efficient way in which I have been dealt with is, quite simply a complete rarity in the current climate. Start to finish in the time it takes to make a decent cup of tea. I have nothing but praise for the Customer Service - a phrase which I, for one, would never expect to be writing. The benchmark is set for others.

I emailed to enquire about a replacement section for my flyrod. I had a reply within 24 hours, then I was in constant email contact with Richard to finalise the piece of rod I needed. I then was sent the link to pay and after doing that an email confirmation with DHL regarding delivery. It arrived the following day to my house well protected and in a very speedily fashion. Just wanted to say it was a very quick, very easy and enjoyable experience, I would highly recommend this brand / outlet to anyone and everyone.

My 4-piece Vision fly rod, a year old and used for only 3 weeks, developed a crack in one of its sections. I contacted Guide Flyfishing by email and explained what had happened. Without any of the quibbling so widespread when you try to get something repaired or replaced, Guide Flyfishing immediately ordered a replacement section from Finland, and I received it within about 3 weeks of my initial contact - all this at no cost. I've dealt with this company before, and each time had an excellent service - I'd strongly recommend them.

The first time I have written a Google review but feel I should share what an excellent service I received from Guide Flyfishing. My Vision Kalu reel developed a fault on the drag, it was out of warranty and I enquired via email about support for replacement parts and repair costs. I received a very quick response asking for me to send the reel in so they could assess the fault with the assurance no cost would be incurred without further communication. I apprehensively sent the reel off and within three working days (including postage time) I received a call to let me know the reel had been repaired at no cost to me and that it was in the post back to me, the reel arrived back safely with a now functioning drag in less seven days from my first email. I want to say a massive thank you to Guide Flyfishing for what I can only describe as the most excellent customer service, well done to all involved.
