My motorhome was booked in 8 weeks in advance with this company for a cambelt change. My mobile number was also left should there be a change to the agreed date for the work to be undertaken. I live in lincolnshire so I booked a pitch on a local site and traveled down to Coventry the day before. I arrived at Guest truck and van at 7am only to be told the work could not be carried out. I was told priority was given to an ambulance that had to have an engine changed I think more likely they didn’t have the mechanics to do the work. My point is Guest why wasn’t a call made to me not to travel the 90 miles with fuel costs and site fees!!!! Very very poor do not trust this company very unprofessional would not recommend Guest Coventry and certainly wouldn’t use them in the future. I have re-booked for the work to be done at peterbough and only hope I don’t suffer the same fate as I did with this appalling company . I have left a 1 star rating to be able to review this terrible company and in my mind that’s to much.
