14 years of experiencing London and I have never come across anyone close to being as gentle and caring in the retail industry as Lay was in Guerlain at Covert Garden Boutique. I only went in to have a little nose, as I always had my eye on Guerlain. Never actually trying their products, Lay stole my heart. She took me through the whole Boutique explaining every section with so much passion and soul. I was mesmerised. I will absolutely be back but only to that specific Boutique in Covert Garden, just because of Lay. You absolute Angel.

Must visit in Covent Garden. Hugely recommend going in and trying out the brand's perfumes. Had a fantastic time discovering the perfumes, the customer service was friendly, warm, and well informed. I felt very well taken care of, appreciated as a new customer and the perfumes are incredible. I can't wait to go back again.
