I have been working at GSL for last 4 years and I’m still there.. I have never had any issues with management or the day to day running of the place.. I have found them dedicated to providing the best in care and meeting the needs of each and every Resident that we provide support to. Guardian supportive living is a great company to work for and are passionate about giving vulnerable adults the best support/care they can. I’m shocked to see some comments that are complete baseless lies trying to tarnish the reputation of such a good company. GSL carry on the good work.. you are a awesome company to work for and I am proud of my role as a support worker and I see the small but positive changes we make to our residents day to day lives and we will carry on putting the care back in to care.

GSL is an amazing company to work for. GSL cares for their staff and residents and provides a high quality of care for every single individual in their care. They have amazing facilities and communal areas for residents to use. I have worked in many companies and can honestly say GSL is the best place to work. GSL not only puts care back in to care but also provides person centred support and is managed well. GSL makes positive changes to individuals lives and provides them with an imaculate support system. GSL has a great team with a very hard working ethic. It is an honour to work in such a supportive and caring environment.

I would give a 0 star but don't give me the option to do so, supported accommodation is the worst supported accommodation going, Money laundering happening due to receiving people's care money but they don't provide any care, bullying Poor vulnerable people who can't stand up or them selves, due to raising safe guarding complaints as my daughter was left with no heating over the Christmas, lied to professionals and safe guarding team saying my daughter had an electric heater but my other daughter took photos on Xmas day nothing there, but due to that complaint they gave my daughter notice of eviction by verbal nothing in writing no warnings gave to my daughter, still lying now saying they have served the notice on Friday but nothing has still been given to my daughter, contacted many providers and legal advice but guardian supported living are still.lying now, management are just compulsive lies, and very rude, always bullying my daughter when she goes for.her medication in the office, putting my daughter at risk making her go backwards and forwards down stairs when my daughter has a rare condition which effects her balance, let's her fall up.the stairs dont give her no first aid, don't follow care plans said they don't need to follow one, when contacted there lying saying there in meetings but there sitting in there cars, drugs are happening on the premises, alcohol abuse is also happening and witnessed residents sniffing cocaine off the wall next door, saying there's a no visitor policy but yet but the management are taking his kids on the premises full of vulnerable people, I think the management need to get a different job role because the way they treat mental health and vulnerable people I wouldn't even treat my worse enermy defo needs to be closed down or needs some new management as the husband and wife involved now are just in it for the money and everything is done on a budget. This isn't the end of my complaints as enough is enough and I've told my daughter she will not be leaving the premises until all eviction notice requirements are followed as your supposed to have 3 warnings, 28 days notice and put in writing but breaking the law by not following the eviction criteria only gave gave 15 days notice learn how to follow the correct procedures rather than everything on a budget and trying to pass.the book but yet your always been found out. ANYWAY WHO WANTS TOMOVE TO GUARDIAN SUPPORTED LIVING STAY AWAY BECAUSE YOU'LL ONLY REGRET IT DOWN THE LONG RUN

I would Give 0 Stars But Will Only Allow me to Select 1 star. Worst Supported Accommodation Going, My Partner Is In There Currently, Waiting For A Move, Drugs & Alcohol Are Being Allowed around her, No Care Plans Followed, No Care Done Since 2019, Supposed To Be Professionals But Just Push Family Members Out, Very Rude & Have Such A Bad Attitude Towards People Phoning Over A Concern, Made Many Complaints Reguarding Care Towards My Partner But They Take It Funny, My Partner Has A Rare Condition Which Effects Her Balance & Jerk Movements Which Managment Admitted They Don't Have Any Understandings To Do With That Condition & Seems They Dont Want To Learn About It They would rather Blame other People, They Dont Look After Her Injuries & Cuts Where Theyve Been Left Infected Due To Not Cleaning Them, Everything Seems To Be Done On A Budget As One Night Staff Is On At Night So When My Partner Has A Fall & We Try Contacting Them Its Hard To Get hold of them as either phones are ignored or they block us from ringing them and i can see my partner seriously or maybe critically being injured which is down to the Supported Accommodations Lack & Laziness of Communication. I Have Mental Health Myself and the way they have treated me as an outsider is discusting where one time one of the managers threatend me because i was stating my opinion due to the lack of care for my partner and threatend me by saying "try saying it to me when im off premises and see what happends" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Bard Me From The Premises Due To Making Complaints To Care Commisson, Forever Bullying My Partner And Intimadating her, Only Want Payday In There Banks, I Do Not Even Know Why A Fraud Case Has Happend due to there getting paid to care for my partner but not doing it, Dont Even Think About Moving To GSL As the promises they make they wont stick to and youll regret it.
