Been with Guardian Housing for 15 months now, see my support worker every week, often 2 times per week. She helps me by taking me to my health appointments as my health is not very good, and lots of other things as well. Everything has been better since i started living with this company.

I was treated with respect during my stay at a Guardian Housing property. The house was clean and maintenance issues were dealt with in a timely manner. My support worker Tariq was genuinely helpful and always made sure that I had enough food etc when he carried out property visits. I would definitely recommend this housing provider.

Had bad experience of several tenants. However the staff from my experience have been great. The two properties I have been in have had WiFi, shared fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, some utensils, in your personal room there have been a wardrobe, chest of drawers, brand new bedding, including flat sheet, quilt, quilt cover, pillow and case. There have been a communal area. Great staff and if any members of the team read this a big thank you for your support and advice, being professional and having a laugh at times when your not rushed off your feet. Definitely recommend this service if you need help being housed for whatever reason.
