The service from MCK from start to finish has been fantastic. They were really quick to come out to provide a quote and did the job within the next week. They provided a clear, detailed quote which they were open to discuss. Communication was brilliant, they have a system where they message to let you know when they’re expected and on the way, and a way to respond which is helpful. The team removed an old back boiler and heating system from our house and replaced with a new boiler and 4 new radiators. They arrived at 8.30 and left by 4 with the whole job done in one day - incredibly helpful considering we live in a small house with a young family meaning any disruption was limited to the day. The guys were friendly and cracked on exactly as discussed, they tidied up after quite a messy job brilliantly and explained the new system clearly. Would definitely recommend using MCK and will be for any future needs - thanks guys!

Very efficient service provided by MCK plumbing. Honest evaluation, and very competitive quote for replacing my boiler. Effective communication, and speedy booking. Very professional fitting including taking the time to explain fully how to operate the controls. Cleaned up afterwards and even took the old parts away. Honestly it was great service and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mark and the team were amazing - I would absolutely recommend 💯% They installed a new boiler for my elderly grandparents when they had a bad experience with previous plumbing firm. They also installed a new boiler for my parents and due to my dads disability we’re flexible and accommodating time times so he wasn’t without heating and hot water. We’ve recently had MCK install an ASHP, UFH, two bathrooms, and general plumbing and throughout the project they have been fantastic. The quality of the finish has been brilliant and the team have been professional and friendly. We’ve really appreciated them attending quickly to deal with any snags. I understand that they’re in the process of being MCS registered which will improve the appeal even more if we can get the BUS grant.
