I bought a refurbished industrial overlocker from this store through eBay in 2018. It's still going and I had the opportunity to sell it for much more but I decided to keep it. I also got some machine feet that work perfectly and now that I needed some accessories (after other online purchases failed me badly) I decided to find where I got my overlocker from. Seeing all these bad reviews is really sad because I do believe it's a great place with good quality products, and that is hard to find nowadays. Will be ordering shortly from their eBay store for sure and I'm happy I found them again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! RIP OFF COMPANY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT SEND YOUR ITEMS!! I ordered from here did not receive my order, when i contacted them to ask about it they said it had been dispatched but would dispatch replacement....Never got that either. Emails dont go through to them keep getting returned as unable to deliver.

Do not use: placed an order a week ago. Received no communication and online account said “processing”. I emailed to ask when it would be dispatched but did not get a response. When I rang I was transferred to a guy on a mobile asking me to ring back in 20mins. I asked for him to email me back and he said he would when he was back in 20mins. 3hours later I had not had a response. I rang back and he said he would reply right away. Again no email received then tonight I looked at my account to see that they had cancelled the order and not notified me. Reading previous reviews others have had similar shoddy experiences. Seems to be a rogue trader.
