Went on Friday evening with an infection on my piercing which I have had for a while told we can’t sort it out here given antibiotics and told ent will be in touch still waiting now. I asked why couldn’t it be removed as it was very painful was told we’re to busy for that felt like I was a burden on them for asking for medical help no care or consideration for me at all came out very upset 😭 and felt like I was badly treated 😭
