Don't even know why it was setup in the UK if it can't be used to access your Nigerian GTBank account.

Would seem like a forward looking bank in terms of their deployment of technology but they very very poor in resolving customer queries. Will not recommend this bank to anyone. I had a failed transaction that took over 2 years to reverse only after very severe escalations and threat. Very bad experience. This review is for the Nigerian branch though. Would not bother findout if the UK branch is the same

I'm really disappointed to see such horrible reviews for the UK branch. The Nigerian branch however, has very professional and helpful staffs who are very security conscious and their systems are so secure and watertight. I'm horrified to know that the UK branch is not maintaining this image of such a reputable bank.
