Spend nearly £800 on two Cobra Classic seats with GSM. When they arrived one was damaged (not during transit). The vinyl was split at corner. Their first course of resolve was to offer me a discount to cover fabric glue and black spray which I didn’t want. Being at the corner it would have continued splitting. After some back and forth email they agreed to replace the seat but I had to spend £60 to post their defective seat back. They stated they wouldn’t be refunding me but instead would allow me to access discounts should I buy something else. I did eventually get a replacement seat but I’m not thrilled about being £60 out of pocket or having to deal with the inconvenience of a pickup courier when I live rural.

Ordered one of the carbon Sparco Club X1 helmets on Tuesday. Could only find it available at one other place but in Poland so much more hassle if I needed to return it for any reason. The helmet arrived on Friday along with the additional visor, it's even better than I hoped it would be. Great quality and value, GSM kept me in the loop at every stage of the delivery process and can't complain at the lead time between order and delivery. Would definitely use GSM Performance again.

Amazing service - the difference between these guys and the others is the personal service and delivery. The item I ordered was not going to be in stock due to OMP delivery issues, so they rang me and discussed in detail. Offered an alternative that was delivered today, in plenty of time for my first race of the season. Without going into detail they went well over and above for me. Will use again, and I strongly recommend them.

Probably the worst company I have ever come across for over promising delivery times. If a no star review was possible they would get it. Two separate orders, one for a Bell crash helmet then stupidly I ordered a Stilo intercom system. Both were showing delivery in 10 days. Helmet ordered 16th Jan arrived 21st Feb, so we'll over a month. The helmet was needed for Brands Hatch but had to use one not so suitable. The intercom system was ordered 3rd April and needed for the Goodwood Members Meeting, and as of now, the 25th, no sign of it. I hold out little expectation it will arrive by the end of the month. Maybe it will turn up for next years GRRC Meeting. You are much better off using someone else like Murray Motorsport, Demon Tweeks, Rally Nuts etc. You may pay a little more but at least you know will get it on time.
