Avoid using... terrible service and very rude. We booked a burner service & chimney sweep. Cancelled on us last minute for the first visit and then after agreeing to rearrange a week later, rang from outside complaining of having to park 75m away and declared they "couldn't be bothered" to do the job, so left. Even refused our offer to help carry the tools in to make life easier. Never been spoken to by a professional tradesperson in such a rude way.

We selected GSC Stove & Chimney Specialist to install a modern wood burner in our new 36 sq m kitchen/dinning/snug extension - their installation team arrived as agreed, covered the newly laid wooden flooring with protective sheeting and £25K kitchen units with dust sheet as they commenced their work, this team left our extension clean, tidy and undamaged. When using our wood burner even during the coldest nights have had to turn off our oil-fired central heating as this burner adequately heated our 4 bedroom home so we have commenced saving money - we are glad we accepted GSC Stove & Chimney Specialist recommendation as to the type of unit we should have installed - they have acted honestly throughout the whole process and we would strongly recommend GSC Stove & Chimney Specialist to anyone - they will act professionally and with dignity - an unusual trait in today's world.
