Reserved part online to collect, turned up and the part I had reserved given to another customer. Useless staff at this branch. Best thing to do is order online and get delivered. Been to other Gsf stores which have been very good, this one painful

Lengthy wait to be served - not even a hello when I walked in. Got a private number plate made which was done with a letter difference and such a bad quality that the fitting place had to send it back for a replacement- even if the letters were correct it was unfit for purpose
