Visited GSF on the 16th of May to collect a sensor I had ordered online. After waiting for 10 minutes someone finally came over to ask if I needed something ( not to mention the amount of staff sat around in the room next door not bothering to come over and messing around like children) I was then told that I could only pay by cash. For a part that cost nearly £300 I did not have this on me. I left my phone number and was told I would receive a call the next day as soon as the card machine was working again. At 4.30pm I called to chase this and was told “I will just check for you” after being on hold for 15 minutes I called on a different phone and was directed to the same person who just hung up on me. Shocking service at Hemel.

I used GSF in Hemel for the first time today, their service was superb and the staff are so friendly and helpful, it was so easy to get what I needed, rather than having to search around a massive store looking for things, you literally go the counter tell than what you need and your done, also I found them to be better value than the well know chain just around the corner…
