I ordered an EFB battery online for local branch collection (1 mile away) staff were friendly and efficient... this was £20 cheaper than other local spares places (same thing/brand) and £40 cheaper than Halfords. I didn't know they were this close to my area. I'll look them up again; definitely. OT; My goodness.. I'd forgotten how heavy a modern car battery can be!

Worst customer service, kept waiting for over 25 mins by the tills for a product I ordered for click and collect only to be told it's not in stock despite me ordering well in advance for click and collect. Prior to me being served previous customer was sent away with not having them too so this makes me think do they stock anything here.
