As a very busy garage and recovery company in Ashford, I have to say that GSF Car Parts in Ashford have the worst services in UK. I had a very bad experience with them. Having worn parts sold as new and the time for delivery it was no less that 2 hours. Sometimes waiting for the parts to be delivered more than 4 hours and few occasions the parts never get to me. The new branch manager explained to me today that he took the decision to put my account on hold because my outstanding balance of £581.88 hasn't been paid yet. This balance it was no longer than than a week as my last order was on the date of 8th December and he told me it should have been paid on the 12th December. I wouldn't recommend this car parts shop only for collection as private not for business. Also the statements are not accurate. The credits you have to request otherwise they won't credit them from your statements. There is a lack of communication and people you speak over the phone are sometimes rude. I am really sorry to put this review but this is the truth. Thank you .
