This is the second time Ben has serviced our boiler. Both times he has been on time and completed the service in timely and efficient manner. Additionally this time I asked him to replace our old electromechanical Horstman programmer with a Google Nest thermostat. This proved to be more involved than anticipated due to complicated wiring but Ben worked methodically through the problems and got the system up and running. Very happy to recommend Ben as a reliable, competent tradesman.
