They didn't come after 24 hours and when they finally arrived they made up some excuse for not taking everything - a sofa and an old TV - because they said 2 different teams were needed, though no other team showed up. No I don't want to email info@grundon.com Don't give me a bot reply. I have already left Grundon Services and moved to a more reliable and customer friendly sevice. have used Grudon's for years and always been happy with our service. In the last month our bins are collected much later if at all, after numerous phone calls I am fobbed off, apparently the driver got stuck in traffic (for 12 hours?) I have sent 3 emails none have which have been replied to! I have called and try to speak to a Manager, no joy, asked for a call back, still nothing. Sorry Grundon's you are losing my business, you have become too unreliable for me. advice to anyone reading this, loyalty means nothing to this company, go somewhere else as I am! unless of course you want dirty bins overflowing outside your business,
