If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely appalling service and attitude. I'm a tenant and my landlady had to replace my broken Grundfos pump. The engineer was rude and belligerent. My landlady had assured me she was told by Grundfos the pump would be replaced under warranty. The engineer said flat out it wasn't under warranty and refused to do the job, demanded payment upfront. My landlady was not immediately reachable for payment so he threatened to leave after 20 mins. I've now lived for 2 weeks with no way of properly using my kitchen sink or washing machine (basement kitchen so I have to have a working pump). I felt misled and confused. They wanted £337 for the pump plus labour. The previous pump only lasted 2.5 years so that seemed outrageously expensive. They bullied me verbally over the phone- a manager told me I was not her concern because 'I'm not her customer' as I wasn't the one footing the bill. The engineer proceeded to tell me 'this is why I hate domestic jobs' and refused to show us how to clean the old pump or make it useable temporarily even though he said it was possible to do so. Abysmal attitude from all involved. No sense of wanting to do a good job, just demands for payment and scolding me for not knowing their policy before they explained it. Avoid at all costs!

great at first but do not return calls, rate service at zero now but started out 10 of 10, poor show grundfos, still waiting for call but not holding my breath not even 1 star really. Since I wrote this review several days ago Grundfos has come trumps and I am sorted, I would say 4.9 stars really only because I was not kept up to date with what was happening to sort my problem. I would like to thank the gentleman concern

The worst company ever. The pump in my shower has broken down within three months. Coleen Megane from Grundfos who apparently own the brand Watermill that my pump is for REFUSED to service the pump, send an engineer out, help me any way at all whatsoever and simply kept telling me to go to the shop to return it. The shop does the same. Point to the sticker on the pump and asks me to call Watermill! I am going to consumer court now. Three months only - atrocious!

Great pumps to use, knowledgeable people, fantastic support from specifications to delivery and afterwards. My plant now uses a measurable 15% less energy, water hammer completely negated, ignore the bad reviews of people with axes to grind. These are the best company I've ever dealt with.
