Awful rude and very bad at having common sense and communication that is effective to make to get an issue. Resolved would not recommend at all! Will give further updates but so far my car has not been moved but not made use able since Tuesday evening but they have made a good profit by coming out and not ensuring the issue is resolved before buggering off! I was able to get home and the nature of the fault was explained to me and I can not praise James and GRS highly enough for the splendid service provided.
