I've had very poor service twice. Very slow dispatch times and excuses every step of the way. They cancelled my order without asking if I wanted to. Buy your plants elsewhere, don't be lured in by the smart looking website, it's all a front.

What can I say! Wow! I ordered a Ficus Tineke, Belize, Shivereana and a Monstera Dubia. All young plants but exactly what I expected of the species compared to a different place I ordered. As reasonably local, went to pick them up and Otto was so lovely and patient (I had a lot of questions) all the team seemed friendly. Best of all seemed to love plants which is the main thing I look for when getting plants. Rather than just seeing only a business as they are living things. I will be contacting soon as looking for 2 other species that I can't find at the moment.

I buy waaaay too many indoor plants and ill be honest, it took me too long to find these guys. I've had 3 deliveries from them in the last month (whoops). All 7 plants have been healthy, good quality and very securely packaged. Packing is premium bonus points when you are leaf shape obsessed instead of variegation obsessed 🤣 Even better is when you realise that your house is completely engulfed with plants and you need to cut back on plant purchases, but you still have plant addiction purchase cravings.... coir poles, plant nutrients etc don't technically break that self imposed ban All hail Grow Tropicals

Absolutely adore GrowTropicals. I have ordered many many times from them and everytime the products have been great and delivery has been fast. Jacob is also lovely and has helped with product recommendations and plant care anytime I have needed it. The products recommended really have helped in my plant care (and growth!). It is also great how they follow up purchases and check in every so often via email. They really do make you feel like a valued customer and that is something very rare nowadays. GT are also making the rare plant community more friendly and accessible and for that I will be continuing to support them as much as i can.
