    Absolutely awful experience. Took them a month to admit that there was no stock, when they did eventually send something they had no idea what, (if anything), had been delivered, my order had been split by UK Fail. I could have quite easily kept the partial delivery but being honest I returned the £100 extraction fan & clips etc, but it then took them another week to refund my money. No goodwill gesture, no real apology, nothing. Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to purchase from. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
