Extremely poor service, I’ve spent 6 weeks trying to register here. They still won’t register me despite having presented an ID, emailed and phoned them back and forth multiple times. Really concerning given that my conditions have been worsening in the time trying to get just one appointment.

I was registered at this medical center 3 months ago and I wasn’t receiving a text saying I’m registered so I decided to go to the office and ask for an update. Unfortunately my registration somehow got lost in the process still I’m not sure what happened. I was told by the receptionist that she will take care of it after 3 months of waiting. I waited 1 more week and still no text; so I decided to go back again and this time a super lovely nice lady called Rachel helped me and like a miracle she found my registration and got me registered. Thank you Rachel.

The staff at reception are disgusting! They all have attitudes none of them are helpful! They hang up on you! Worst doctors ever! The staff just get worse every year! Either fire your receptionists and hire new ones with no attitudes or say good bye to your surgery.

Been waiting all weekend to book an appointment because I feel like my heads about to explode to be told not to call on a Monday morning and that they are busy and that there is nothing that they can do for me. New doctor I will find then. Such a shame as this practice used to be good

The front desk staff are literally the bottom of the barrel. You couldn’t find worse if you dug the cesspits of hades. Exceptionally rude and condescending. They honestly want to see you dead. The doctors will also make you book separate appointments for individual symptoms even though they’re all related. As a result of this I am suffering from a life changing illness that very well would’ve been caught and prevented- had it been checked and flagged by competent staff. The doctors are also heavily dependent on Google; -The nhs site in particular. I’m almost 1000% sure the surgery is being used for profits without actually helping people TLDR; don’t come here. They will actually kill you to lighten their caseload and profit off of you. They also charge you for your own botched medical records -£125!!! Laughable honestly.
