Grove Tompkins Bosworth drafted a will for my husband and I, and they are in possession of the original copy. They have also been responsible for my late mother’s probate. My mother passed away in October 2019. We are still waiting for Grove Tompkins Bosworth to finalise her estate, over two and half years later! All the way through dealing with Grove Tompkins Bosworth has been an ordeal due to poor organisation and lack of ownership of the probate. Reflecting on this poor service, my husband and I decided that, for the sake of our children, we would like a different solicitor to deal with our will, and so asked Grove Tompkins Bosworth to forward our will to us. In response to our request all that concerned the firm at the time was whether or not we would be prepared to pay for the postage. And today, over a year a later, we have still not received our original will. Grove Tompkins Bosworth have proved to be very disappointing!
