This is my local station from where I live. All the staff are very friendly and very assisting. Before I could not travel over the weekend because I am disabled and need of an assistance with ramp, but they have sorted this problem. And now I travel over the weekend too! 🤗

The station is ok. it's not clear why only a couple of platforms are used intensively every day, when more trains could go through. It would definitely benefit from an accessibility overhaul, with lift or ramps to all platforms (the bromley north platform has no ramp)

I have been living in this area for less than a month and I could not travel efficiently from this station on numerous occasions. The station seems to be always closed during weekends, nobody seems to know where the replacement bus is and it takes a LOT longer to get to central London.

Fast trains to London Bridge (from 11 min) and to London Waterloo, Charing Cross and Cannon street stations. Good access to rural areas such as Sevenoaks national trust park and fast connection to Lewisham station for DLR to Greenwich. Heated waiting area with some free books. Couple of supermarkets almost opposite the station: Sainsbury and Tesco are handy too.

Needs a lift. Going down the ramp is ok, but it's a long way up.
