This guy in here is the worst! So rude every time I have had to return a parcel using Evri. There are about 20 signs commanding you to do this and that and specifically not to argue with him! One also says to take your rubbish with you so when I went to tear the paper from the printer so not to leave rubbish he had a go at me pointing to another sign that says not to tear the paper! Recently returned a larger parcel which he refused to take aswell! If you don’t want people to use this service why offer it, nobody wants to buy your random tins of food and drink so having Evri won’t make a difference! He’s a horrible man

This place has left me with no electricity in the house for 2 days, I recently moved in the area and the house had an old SSE top up meter, after having looked up online this shop which 2min walk, came up as SSE partnered shop, so I went there to top up my key. What appeared to be the owner was very reluctant and annoyed and to cut it short he told me that “the machine is not working, come back tomorrow”, so, out of trust, I did - and when I went back the day after he shouted at me saying “why do you have to come here, go somewhere else!”. Not in the mood for an argument I walked 1h to get my key topped up at Coop. It is clear this person does not offer the services he is advertising, he is very rude and has no manners. Take your business elsewhere as he clearly doesn’t want to do business with you.

Visited this Evri parcelshop to return two large parcels that I had specifically measured to make sure they weren't too big for an Evri shop to accept. The Print in store machine had 3 or 4 signs around it stating commands about not arguing with the staff and other nonsense, and as I had read reviews previously of this place, I now know the staff members are the argumentative ones. The woman running the place said I could print the labels but I would have to drop the 2 parcels off at the Tesco petrol station...Their printer had no ink in it so the labels were coming out plain so I didn't bother correcting her that the parcels are within the size limit for an Evri associated store to accept and I had to take them elsewhere regardless. I will now be making Evri aware that this Parcelshop is not fulfilling its end of being an Evri partnership with their picking and choosing of which parcels they accept. And their Evri courier bag wasn't even full...
