The process was really simple, go in, try a few beds, order one, get it delivered and have it setup. Alex made the whole process great and smooth, for example he encouraged us to try different types of beds and REALLY lie on them. He wasn't pushy and made the experience comfortable. The bed itself is fantastic and we are more than happy with it

We bought a mattress in the height of the covid pandemic and Bernadette was a complete star! She gave us a consultation over the phone from the warehouse where she actually lay down on various beds so she could describe how they felt and asked us plenty of questions to get to the bottom of our ideal sleep. We ended up getting Sienna Pure in superking and it was delivered the very next day and the delivery men put it straight onto our frame. Unrivalled customer service, excellent value and the single most comfortable bed I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on.

Good quality and service! We bought their single bed + installation last few years and it still in good condition until now! The man at the shop is very nice, polite and friendly. He gave us a very good advise and very helpful in everything. The installation team is very nice as well. They helped us to test and ensure the bed was perfect before they left. Now we are moving and planning to a new bed again, of course, we will definitely come here!

Solid purchase of a bed from them, and happy with it so far. Staff were polite, but the bed took 2 months to arrive, and I had to push for any kind of update on what was going on. Given everything else that happened in 2020, I can forgive the delay, but sending an email update would have been an easy gain of an extra star.
