Great orthodontist. Staff are polite and helpful. Receptionist Karen spoke to me for three days and helped sort out all my appointments within a quick time. Rung me back straight away and spoke to orthodontist when letter was forgotten and needed quickly. Great member of staff in a great team of staff. Nearly finished my braces treatment and can’t fault the team especially Karen!

My son attends this practice, he has had various issues with his braces, I have always found the reception staff so professional and accommodating with a can do attitude, yesterday I met Dr Ali, he fully explained how we are going to move forward with Bailey's treatment to improve his teeth, well done to you all! I have been taking my children over the last 8 years (one after the other) and through lockdown to grove house , my son has finally finished treatment, I cannot thank the practice enough, my job/ their uni/ school times as well as not living in the area have been a challenge for getting our appointments at times that are good for all of us, but we did it, I cannot fault the care we have received and I miss them all. I wholeheartedly recommend grove house to all.

I've been taking my daughter here for years. She just had her braces off today, and they have honestly done such an amazing job! I found the staff to be friendly, wait times aren't too long, and always found it easy to get her in for an emergency appointment if anything went wrong with her braces. All around very pleased

A children’s service is judged by front serving staff and this is such an unwelcoming experience with curt, and pretty unfriendly, non smiling staff. The orthodontists are great but have left long wires causing pain and appointments are hard to get. Dislike visiting!
