Staff not helpful or friendly almost rude in her communication when paying, ignored us while using photocopier and when one page did not print out she still charged us for it. She insisted that we queue in a figure eight obstructing people from leaving.

Double checked the PO website for opening times - 9am - 5.30pm. Turned up at 11.50 and was allowed to queue for nearly 10 minutes before women at till said "we are shutting at 12 so you wont be served". They need to update the PO website - wasted journey :(
