  I bought a Groupon for a haircut at Icon North Finchley but had to reschedule due to being Ill. The Groupon was marked as redeemed and no one at Groupon helped. The agent in another country didn't seem to be able to read my complaints, many many emails so essentially they just stole £30 from me.

  GROUPON - MORE LIKE GROUP CON No customer support - misleading information. Ordered a mattress - when it arrived it was not as advertised. I tried to return on the Groupon website - couldn't do that because it states its not been delivered - So I contacted the company that supplied the mattress who were very helpful. They arranged collection and have issued a refund number to pass on to Groupon for a refund. Groupon keep saying via bots speak to the Merchant company regarding delivery/collection/refund issues. Come on Groupon!!!!!!!! its been delivered and returned and I'm waiting a refund from you. Cant speak to a single human person anywhere within Groupon - is Groupon completely run by bots??????? Shocking company read all the other reviews - we all cant be wrong.
