    My experience of purchasing my car is not what I envisioned of a BMW dealership. I am very disappointed with the outcome and I would have perceived that also BMW UK would fully support me with my car. As the trims they have attempted to fit four times and are still incorrectly fitted by Group 1 Worthing. Plus, all the unnecessary emails and phone call and my time spent with this situation. Throughout I maintained a polite and professional correspondence with them and at no point on the above did they issues apology! PS: Also, I will reply to the standard response below from the suppose owner of BMW Group 1 Worthing. Your management team are fully aware of my situation with the car I purchased from you, and no help was offered to correct this as per all my correspondence by letter / email / phone. As your bodywork shop has made four-attempt to fix this and they have given up, plus your used car sales department. Plus, now I have discovered that there are non-approved parts, As when another BMW dealership run a diagnostic check on the car system. These are showing as unknown. I.e., the vehicle system has been incorrectly adjusted . I have been informed that the car will not take any BMW software updates. They don't care and know of this when communicating with there used sales car manager. What is the point of buying a suppose checked and genuine used BMW from BMW Group 1.
