    Unacceptable behaviour from a VW official dealership. I requested a quote to specifically repair my car. Suddenly they inform the quote is nearly twice as expected. I definitely not expect the official dealership to not know how much time takes to replace a part in a car which is a common failure in this generation of car. UPDATE: They contacted me to offer their apologies. That's a nice touch from them. I creasing rating now

    Horrible service. Paid for a major service for our MK7 Golf and when we picked it up and paid, we were told that our receipt would be emailed to us. Of course it never arrived. Over and over again I asked for our receipt and service report, and every time I was promised it would be sent. I tried emailing, calling, and even going in person. Every time they promised to send the documents, and every time they didn't keep their promise. Absolutely unbelievable. In the end, I filed a formal complaint with Volkswagen UK, which helped because within a day I received my receipt and service report. Stay away from this business if you can, I will look for another place to service my car next time. Oh, and do you think I got any compensation for all my trouble, or even an excuse? Of course not.
