Im having really bad experience with Group 1 Volkswagen Romford i reserved a month ago a vehicle to buy it and i was told it will arrive next day and deborah giles just constantly lied and delayed it saying it coming soon its coming soon, we wanted to get this car as my wife was having baby the week we were meant to get it after 1 week of delay we just cancelled the reservation as we were not promised what we were told and since then i have been trying ti get my refund and i have back and forth emails from deborah just not being bothered or not helping me at all. This is really poor customer service and bad impression. Its been over 3 weeks now and still no money refunded. Can the owner contact me as soon as possible please

AVOID !! Terrible dealership, was told I had to leave a REFUNDABLE £250 deposit to view a car as it was unavailable till end of the week. Decided to not go ahead the next day and asked for my refundable deposit back. I sent emails, left messages and even went in the to the dealership. They made it so hard to get my money back. I finally had VW UK involved who still struggled to get the the bottom of it. A month later and a third visit to the dealership I finally got to speak to a manager and got my money back. Go to a different dealership, AVOID VW HAROLD WOOD !

Very poor after care ! Had a few problems what I wasn’t happy about after a routine service, dash cam tampered with and unplugged video inspection never received phoned twice to get someone to call me which still hasn’t happened quick to call you when in the process of buying a new car but the after care is diabolical will never buy from this group again ! Not happy.

I went to get gearbox diagnosed, didn’t even hear an update from them about the car. I had to call them for them to tell me nothing is wrong with the car even though there is a horrible vibration on the shifter. They claim that this is normal, but they didn’t even give me an invoice to tell me that they diagnosed the car no report nothing. On top of that I had to pay £144 and I didn’t even get the health check that they claimed they would do.
