    New ownership providing a very poor service. I took my car in for an annual service which showed I needed two new tyres (the cost of these had doubled from last years price) which I authorised so car had to stay overnight. I waited all day to receive a call to say my car was ready but no call so I rang just after 4pm when I was told my car was ready, which resulted in me having to get two buses and arrived ay 5.45 just before closing. I also wanted help to connect my phone to We Connect but no one capable to do this. Last year my car was valeted, washed and electrically charged, this year none of these were done.

    Absolute garbage. Was on my way to a previously booked appointment only to be told the sales person is not in and the next person with whom I spoke to had a disgusting attitude and said they could see me at a later time (for a single mum with 2 kids with disabilities not going to happen). I complained to the manager who was less than helpful. Do not go to this place they are unprofessional and very disorganised. Your better off going to the Battersea showroom.

    Planned to purchase a used car from Group 1 but they are so incompetant I had to call Volkswagen to handle my complaint and arrange a refund. They got the price wrong sent the wrong finance documents. The aftersales is appaling and now I have to look elsewhere. Avoid this dealership.
