If there was an option to leave no stars I would, appalling customer service. I booked my car in for health check about a month ago with JLR Southend , when I booked it in I was told I would have a loan car as a replacement , after waiting all this while someone called me on the day of the appointment( today) and said we cannot offer you a loan car and we have to reschedule your appointment, I wait a whole month only to be told that I have to be reschedule???? Really

He was very patient and not pushy as we had a lot of questions and requests. This is our second Land Rover and will definitely be returning.

In July 2022, I purchased a 7 year old Disco Sport with 16,000 miles for £25500 from David Comerford. The vehicle was wearing its original (perished) tyres from 2015! They refused to change these tyres even after an advisory from their MOT inspector suggested it. Eventually, after many months, and many emails to the MD, a payment of £500 was made towards the cost of £700 tyres. Disgraceful behaviour! Never will I be buying another car from Beadles!
