It took something special to get me to drive 90+ miles there and 90+ miles home to look at a car. That something special was Leo Ferreira who I was lucky enough to talk to on my first call. The car is stunning but the friendly welcome and the customer service for me is outstanding. I highly recommend a visit to the showroom as you will receive a level of assistance I have not experienced in buying a car. Leo is defiantly a top man.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.đĄđĄđĄ I brought the car as described as in âimmaculate conditionâ, and I was assured it was a very good car âlike brand newâ. Itâs 68 plate with 2300 miles on the clock. I was encouraged to purchase additional Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP), and for peace of mind, I took the advice given by Land Rover and added GAP at additional cost. However, after 5 months of purchase I began to experience various issues with the car. I had a water leak on the front window screen. I contacted the dealership to get it replaced however the customer service were less accommodating. A month after getting it back I experience further more issues. The electrics turned off and back on when the car was being driven. The key was not detected, and the dash screen started to glitch. I was locked out of my car and had to call AA for assistance. I made an appointment to bring the car to the dealership so the matter could be investigated. I was contacted by the dealership who confirmed there was indeed an electrical fault with the car, and this would be repaired as covered by the warranty. However, I was shocked then to be told the battery had failed testing, and I would be liable for the cost to replace the battery. I made a complaint and was told by âMark Dickenson General Sales Managerâ âdue length of ownership and reasonable miles covered in the car we are not in a position to cover the cost of the battery if declined by warranty. We paid for the cost of the windscreen early on in your ownership as a gesture due to the time period you had the car at that pointâ The car was purchased 30.10.2022 at 2300 miles, to present date the car is 4500 miles. I donât see how owning the car 5/6 months is reasonable for all these issues to occur. At no point I was advised that the battery was not covered by the warranty. I continue to be adversely affected by this matter, at no point a replacement car has been offered, I have to take Uber home & my Uber fees have not been reimburse as promised. I been left without a car for 4 weeks. I have had to take days off work to deal with this matter and the customer service and after care has been what can now only be described as appalling. I am now convinced this is due to discrimination.

Unfortunately you cant give them a bad review, by doing that, manager just called me today 27/04 and told me they wonât be dealing with me. They have replaced a faulty parking sensors which still not working, but are refusing to have it fixed because a bad review was giving. No point of giving a feedback or survey as they are not mature to understand.

From start to finish, Robin made us feel welcome and at home, understanding our requirements for a new Land Rover. He was patient and thorough making sure at every step of the buying process, that our configuration was 100% accurate. Robin's manner was consultative rather than overtly salesy and his response to all our communication (phone, email, videos) was super quick. Horrible experience, took my car there with some issues on 16/02, they checked and said parts has to be ordered. It took 10 weeks for parts to arrive, once it did, it took then 3 weeks to book to have it replaced and installed. When Finally took the car for repair, drop it off at 7:34am and till 2:30pm car wasnât even touched ( was monitoring it with the tracker) phoned then and asked why they were not working on the car and etc, 5 min later car was finally being touched. As expected, they called me and said it would need 1 more day to finish with the works. Next day went to collect my car after 2 days in the shop and parking sensors still not working, phone then and told them and was asked to bring the car back, after 2 hours waiting, they told me it couldnât be fixed and I had to bring the car another day, but surprisingly they only has availability in 2 weeks, even tho they had the car for 2 full days, didnt fix the problem, after 13 weeks waiting, I got to wait another 2 weeks to have it sorted. Clearly shows their lack of respect, professionalism and care with the client. Will never buy a landrover again after that, completely traumatised with its quality and customer service provided.
