Have come here to look at cars and do a test drive. So far you can't park in the customer car park as there are lots of kia cars parked in them - they don't look like customer cars. We have had to park on double yellow lines outside (thank god for my blue badge). We have come into the showroom and most of the cars have 'Sold, do not touch' on them on the showroom floor. The ones that don't have that sign are locked so you can't actually look in them or they have all the plastic wrapping on them. Booked a test drive for 10:30 and are still waiting for them to come talk to us 15 minutes later. If you are buying a kia, this might not be the best place to come. You can't actually look in the cars here. They told us that there are 180 cars here and they only have capacity for 150. They also said there is only 1 car in the showroom currently which is not a customer car. Honestly if you buy a car from here, there is a good chance they have parked it in their showroom. We are sitting in front of a Kia ev6 GT and have watched people squeezing past it with their crutches and wheelchairs. Check it for scratches before accepting it.

Purchased a two year old Kia sportage From start to finish the whole process was easy and simple. Cameron was my sales people and nothing was too much trouble. He was very efficient with communication and kept to his word. On the day of collection I was introduced to the service department and met Ryan who is the aftersales manager who was very polite.
